This leather-bound field journal was try number one for crafting a rugged and stylish notepad. Two rugged brass fasteners keep 24 pages of paper between the two leather covers. The front cover is a soft and flexible green leather while the back is a stiff brown where the Voyageurs Wilderness Company logo is stamped ... technically upside down 😬. Hey, it was a prototype!

A piece of snakeskin completes the spine and adds a bit more flair to this lovely journal. The inside pages are blank and range from white to blue-gray to cream.
